Full-Service Catering
We show up, set up, and serve. Smoked on site or held hot, buffet line or plated, with the crew running the food so you can run your party.
Drop-Off Catering
Hot pans delivered on time and ready to serve. The simplest way to put real barbecue in front of a hundred people without running a kitchen.
Competition Team
We cook contest categories against a clock and a judge’s scorecard. It is the hardest thing we do and the fastest way the crew learns. Sponsors welcome.
