WHERE WE ARE

The honest version

Most competition team websites open with a wall of trophies. Ours opens with the truth: this crew has cooked one church competition, and is about to find out what a real contest feels like.

The pitmaster has been at this close to thirty years and has taken home hardware on his own over the last decade. The crew has been building for two. This season is where those two things finally meet.

What is coming up

Best of the Meats Challenge

September 26, 2026 — the pitmaster competition at the Deron Cherry Foundation Celebrity Tailgate in Kansas City. Planned as our first real contest as a team.

October and November

Two catering events already on the books. Not contests, but the same crew, the same pit, and the same standard.

The 2027 season

A fuller contest schedule once this crew has a season behind them. If you run an event and want us there, tell us.
