HOW THIS WORKS

We cook for crowds

A hundred guests is a comfortable starting point, and we go up from there. Most recently that looked like a private party for a hundred people, with two more events on the calendar this October and November.

There are two ways to do this. Drop-off means hot pans delivered on time and ready to serve, and you handle the rest. Full service means the crew comes with the food and works the line, so you can actually talk to your guests instead of standing behind a chafing dish.

Either way we travel roughly fifty miles out from Bates City, which covers most of eastern Jackson County, Lafayette County, and a good piece of the Kansas City metro.

We come back with a menu and a real number. No per-head surprises on the day of the event.

We cook

Same crew, same pit, same standard we take to a contest. The only difference is that you get to eat all of it.
